  • Supervision of the product development team in China
  • Supervision of the new factory under construction
  • Setup and implementation of an organizational structure; personnel recruitment & hiring
  • Definition and implementation of the logistics and production process (flow assembly with Kanban supply)
  • Build up of the supplier network
  • Setup of SAP as ERP-system
  • Supervision of initial production

Formulation and implementation of selling policies:

  • relating to the starting time and the duration of warranty periods
  • relating to technical availability in accordance to VDI 3423

Setup of multisite training concept for employees and customers from a Swiss machine manufacturer:

  • Formulation of a concept as a basis for discussions
  • Nomination of training leaders from 3 locations
  • Implementation of the training concept in 2 locations in Switzerland and in one location in Germany in cooperation with the project team

Setup of the organisation structure for a wood milling machine producer

  • Definition of the share holder structure
  • O-chart creation; surching, evaluation and hiring of executive board members
  • Formulation of the core competences
  • Surching and evaluation of business partners (design, assembly, production, ...)
  • Surching, evaluation and implementation of an ERP/CRM solution on SaaS (Software as a Service) base
